Multiple Mobile Carriers
iPayy is currently available across multiple mobile carriers, including Airtel, Vodafone, Idea Cellular, Reliance and Aircel. The service will be extended to more operators in coming months, increasing the coverage to 90% of the mobile subscriber base in India.

iPayy provides an easy way to integrate your applications for payments. It should take as few as 30 minutes to integrate with iPayy payment APIs or SDK. We provide multiple integration platforms –

iPayy provides easy to integrate SDKs and APIs for payments, across multiple platforms. iPayy’s checkout flow is very simple –
- End user initiates purchase at your portal.
- You lead end user to iPayy checkout pages.
- iPayy detects mobile number of the end user.
- iPayy delivers one-time-pin (OTP), over USSD / SMS flash.
- End user enters pin and confirms.
- Your application receives the response back.
iPayy’s methodology of delivering OTP over USSD / SMS flash ensures end user does not leave your application at any time. OTP pin screen comes right over your application or browser – end user can simply read through the PIN and enter to confirm payment.
Your application might be an Android application or WAP/WEB application. For Android application, iPayy provides the SDK that implements all the checkout flows and pages – you just need to lead the user to iPayy checkout flow and post transaction you get the response, which you can handle.
But for WAP/WEB application, you can either chose to implement your own checkout screens or you can still use iPayy’s pages.
If you use iPayy’s pages, then it’s similar to Android application, as in you lead the user to iPayy’s checkout flow and post transaction you get the response through simple 302 redirect to your server, to a callback URL provided by you.
If you chose to use your own checkout pages, you will need to interact with low level checkout APIs of iPayy.
In all cases, integration is simple and choice is yours.
Unsatisfied customers can raise refund waiver requests. iPayy supports refunds to end users through –
- Self care portal to end user, in which end user can raise waiver request.
- Ticketing in Merchant CRM, in which merchant’s customer care can raise requests
- Refund API, to a merchant can integrate with.
- Mobile Carrier customer care.
Portal & Analytics
iPayy provides detailed access to transaction history and analytics. In your analytics dashboard you can view revenue distribution by circles and zones, top selling products, revenue trends etc.
iPayy provides self care portal for end-users – end users can see their transaction history by logging into https://portal.ipayy.com/ with their mobile number and OTP based password.
Merchants also have access to transaction history for their account in CRM – they can raise refund requests and other tickets right from the CRM in their portal. Merchants can access detailed request logs associated with a transaction.
